Job Description
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll spearhead marketing efforts for both the kickboxing and dance divisions, crafting compelling strategies to drive growth and engagement. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to showcase your expertise across various digital platforms. You’ll lead a small, dedicated team, guiding them to achieve ambitious marketing goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both kickboxing and dance businesses
- Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, leveraging data to maximize ROI
- Create engaging content and visually appealing ads using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Lead and mentor a small part-time marketing team, fostering their growth and productivity
- Analyze marketing metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve performance
- Craft compelling copy for various marketing materials across multiple channels
- Explore and implement new marketing opportunities on platforms such as Google and YouTube
- Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Collaborate with business owners to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager or in a similar executive-level marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Expert-level proficiency with Facebook ads platform and other digital advertising tools
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
- Excellent copywriting skills with a portfolio of effective marketing content
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Leadership experience, particularly in mentoring and guiding team members
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from conception to completion
- Adaptability to work across two distinct industries, tailoring strategies as needed
- Passion for fitness, martial arts, or dance is a plus
