Collaborate with the existing marketing agency for cohesive strategy

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to comments and direct messages across social media platforms

Conduct outreach to potential clients using provided templates and guidelines

Invite qualified leads to workshops and events

Schedule appointments for potential clients using our online booking system

Compile marketing analytics reports from various platforms

Engage with our target audience to build and maintain relationships

Qualify leads based on provided criteria

Assist in expanding our social media presence and audience
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficiency in using major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)

Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow templates and guidelines

Customer service-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of financial services industry (preferred but not required)
