Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant at this dynamic agency, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, supporting a wide range of initiatives that drive client success. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis across various markets to inform client strategies
- Create and manage engaging social media calendars for multiple clients across different platforms
- Perform strategic outreach for backlinks, guest posts, and affiliate marketing opportunities
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities and campaign performance
- Identify potential clients and conduct initial market research to support business development
- Support content creation efforts by providing research and optimization suggestions
- Collaborate with the agency owner to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness continually
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies
- Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective outreach and reporting
- Basic understanding of HTML and experience with email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress and other content management systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience with market research tools and methodologies
