Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage and create content for social media platforms, including reels, static posts, and testimonials
  
• Maintain and update the company website built on Kajabi
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities relevant to high-performance coaching
  
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  
• Create and manage blog content
  
• Perform basic video editing tasks
  
• Prepare reports and presentations for regular strategy meetings
  
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the coaching or consulting industry
  
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
  
• Familiarity with Kajabi or similar website management platforms
  
• Basic video editing skills (experience with Adobe software is a plus)
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
