The client is seeking a Marketing and Customer Acquisition Specialist to build and execute strategies that drive early adoption and brand awareness for their user base.
Key Responsibilities

Branding & Website Design
- Objective: Build a recognizable, trusted, and modern brand image for our start-up business.

Actions:
- Lead the development and execution of brand identity, including the creation of logos, taglines, color schemes, and overall brand voice.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to create a visually appealing, user-friendly website optimized for conversion and engagement.
- Ensure that SEO best practices are implemented from the start, targeting keywords relevant to our business model.
- Build a cohesive brand presence across all online platforms, including social media, email, and digital ads.
- Lead the development and execution of brand identity, including the creation of logos, taglines, color schemes, and overall brand voice.

Digital Marketing Strategy
- Objective: Implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to attract both tradies and suppliers.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Set up and optimize PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, ensuring a high ROI by targeting the right demographics (e.g., small businesses, contractors, suppliers).
- Use retargeting ads to engage users who have shown interest but haven’t signed up yet, using email and social media to re-engage these prospects.
- Track and report on KPIs (conversion rates, website traffic, ad spend efficiency) to refine strategies continuously.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Objective: Implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to attract both tradies and suppliers.

Content Marketing & SEO
- Objective: Create engaging content that educates the target market, improves search engine ranking, and drives organic traffic.

- Develop a content strategy that includes blog posts, case studies, video tutorials, and infographics focused on solving common pain points for our potential clients.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the platform’s visibility on search engines, including on-page SEO, link-building campaigns, and content optimization.
- Lead the production of video content, such as explainer videos, that showcases how our start-up works for our user base.
- Collaborate with external writers, video producers, or designers as necessary to create high-quality, shareable content.
- Develop a content strategy that includes blog posts, case studies, video tutorials, and infographics focused on solving common pain points for our potential clients.
- Objective: Create engaging content that educates the target market, improves search engine ranking, and drives organic traffic.

Early User Acquisition Campaigns
- Objective: Drive early user sign-ups from potential users using innovative acquisition strategies.

- Launch a referral program to incentivize existing users to invite others to join the platform.
- Develop and implement an email marketing campaign targeting construction industry professionals, suppliers, and trade associations.
- Plan and execute local and regional campaigns (digital and physical) to introduce our start-up to key markets, focusing on high-concentration construction zones and trade communities.
- Work with industry influencers (e.g., trade experts on YouTube or Instagram) to promote the platform and generate buzz among the target audience.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the construction industry to build relationships and encourage adoption.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or user acquisition roles, ideally in SaaS or marketplace platforms.
- Proven experience designing and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Strong experience with SEO and content marketing, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building.
- Expertise in creating and managing email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Ability to create or oversee the creation of high-quality visual content (videos, infographics, social media content).
- Experience with brand strategy and website design, working with UI/UX designers to optimize user experience.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or other marketing analytics tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Experience with lead generation, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proven track record of managing user acquisition funnels and scaling platforms through growth hacking techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, product, and sales teams.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in the construction industry or with marketing tech solutions for B2B.
