Logistics Coordinator
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 6pm Miami, Florida, USA, Eastern time (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila TIme) with 1-hour unpaid break
As one of our Logistics Coordinators, you’ll be apart of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s logistics and shipping. The goal is to provide logistical and operational support to the sales & service divisions
with a primary focus on quoting LTL shipments, entering orders on Netsuite, and working hand in hand with our warehouse department to make sure day-to-day deliveries are processed correctly.

Daily, you will do the following:

Assist Sales & Service with shipping quotes

Order processing via Netsuite

Coordinate pickups & deliveries with carriers, and third parties.

Coordinate and monitor the progress related to LTL shipments.

Create Purchase Orders via Netsuite
-
Create shipping labels and BOL via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers.

Issue returns & claims through vendors and insurance
-
Coordination and follow up of logistics through the usage of phone and email
-
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
You will also need:
-
1+ year(s) of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar capacity

Ability to work on several simultaneous projects, reacting constructively to new and changing business and technology requirements and deliverables

Strong attention to detail is a must
-
Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal & written communication skills

Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite required
-
UPS, USPS, and FedEx coordination experience required
-
Trade show logistics coordination experience preferred
