optimize the loan officer’s schedule, ensuring punctual meetings - Coordinate
and prioritize calls, directing them to appropriate team members - Retrieve and
organize crucial documentation from emails and internal systems - Access and
pull credit reports from the company’s proprietary system - Navigate
loan files to extract and provide relevant information to the loan officer - Conduct
professional follow-ups with external clients via email - Review and
ensure completion of documentation checklists - Assist with
general administrative tasks to enhance the loan officer’s workflow - Potential to
expand role to include more client-facing responsibilities
Requirements
- Basic
understanding of the mortgage or financial services industry - Exceptional
organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively - Proficiency
in email systems and standard office software - Quick
learner, able to adapt to industry-specific software and tools - Meticulous
attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive financial data - Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English - Self-motivated
