Job Description
We’re seeking a talented and driven LinkedIn Marketer Outreach Specialist to spearhead our client’s business development efforts on the world’s premier professional networking platform. In this role, you’ll harness the full potential of LinkedIn’s sophisticated tools, including Sales Navigator, to identify and connect with valuable prospects, craft compelling outreach campaigns, and drive meaningful engagements that convert into tangible business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative LinkedIn marketing strategies that align with our client’s business goals and target audience
- Utilize LinkedIn’s advanced tools, particularly Sales Navigator, to conduct targeted prospecting and identify high-value potential connections
- Craft personalized, engaging outreach messages that resonate with prospects and spark meaningful conversations
- Build and nurture a robust network of relevant business contacts, focusing on quality connections that have potential for long-term value
- Implement data mining techniques on LinkedIn to uncover valuable insights while adhering to platform policies and best practices
- Design and manage end-to-end LinkedIn campaigns aimed at driving conversions and fostering business growth
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on outreach activities, network growth, and lead generation
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure LinkedIn strategies complement overall marketing and sales initiatives
- Stay at the cutting edge of LinkedIn’s features, policies, and B2B marketing trends, continuously refining your approach for optimal results
Requirements
- Proven track record in LinkedIn marketing and outreach, with a focus on B2B lead generation and business development (MUST HAVE PORTFOLIO HIGHLIGHTING LINKEDIN MARKETING AND OUTREACH EXPERIENCE)
- Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn’s tools and features, especially Sales Navigator
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized messages that drive engagement
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging social media platforms for business development or sales
- Proficiency in data mining techniques and tools specific to LinkedIn, with a keen understanding of platform policies and ethical practices
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, capable of managing projects independently and meeting ambitious targets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience working with international clients or in a global business context is highly desirable
- Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest LinkedIn features and B2B marketing best practices
