Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Employment Type: 20 hours per week, flexible during business hours within Cincinatti, Ohio, USA time
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement email and SMS campaigns, sending 3-4 messages weekly.
- Create storytelling content and design graphics that align with brand guidelines and engage customers.
- Manage monthly evergreen email campaigns and optimize automation flows for welcome series, abandoned cart, and product upsell funnels.
- Develop strategies to grow email and SMS subscriber lists and drive incremental revenue from new and returning customers.
- Oversee campaign performance, providing weekly reports with actionable insights and pivots based on data.
- Stay updated on current marketing trends and be agile in adapting campaigns when necessary.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage promotions, special campaigns, and seasonal marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing for US-based beauty or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Photoshop, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
- Proven experience in setting up and managing automation flows for email marketing.
- Strong graphic design, copywriting, and brand storytelling skills.
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar skills.
- Ability to present a lifecycle marketing plan and portfolio of previous work.
- Strong analytical skills to create weekly reports and make data-driven adjustments.
