Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for real estate and customer service? We’re looking for a dynamic Leasing Coordinator to join our client’s remote team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s leasing operations, managing property listings, screening applicants, and ensuring a smooth leasing process for both property owners and potential tenants. Your organizational prowess and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining and growing our client’s portfolio of single-family homes. This position offers the perfect blend of autonomy and teamwork, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company’s success while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential renters via email, phone, or online platforms, providing information about available SFR properties and the leasing process.
- Follow-Up: Actively follow up with rental leads to ensure engagement and support throughout the decision-making process.
- Listings Management: Post available single-family homes to the company website and third-party rental platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Platform Monitoring: Oversee the Rently system, addressing any issues to ensure smooth self-showing experiences for prospects.
- Property Updates: Remove homes from listings once leases are finalized to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory.
- Application Review: Conduct initial application screenings to verify completeness and alignment with company criteria.
- Leasing Reporting: Prepare and maintain leasing reports to track activity, trends, and success metrics.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with leasing software and platforms (e.g., Rently) is a plus.
- Customer service orientation with a positive and proactive attitude.
