Job Description
As a Lead Research Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in fueling our client’s growth engine. Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on potential leads using LinkedIn and other professional networks, uncovering valuable insights to inform our targeting strategies
- Craft and maintain meticulously curated prospect lists, ensuring they align with our clients’ ideal customer profiles across various campaigns
- Utilize your expertise to seamlessly upload and organize contact information into sophisticated email marketing platforms
- Act as the guardian of data quality, implementing rigorous checks to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and integrity in all prospecting activities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to prepare and optimize email campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in lead research, continuously refining our approach to maximize effectiveness
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn and other social platforms for professional research and prospecting
- Proven track record in list building and management within a sales or marketing context
- Hands-on experience with popular email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for data accuracy and consistency
- Outstanding written communication skills in English, capable of crafting compelling and professional correspondence
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Ability to work effectively during Eastern Time Zone business hours
- Passion for sales and a drive to contribute to a growing business
- Familiarity with the New York City business landscape is a plus
