Lead Generator Specialist Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist Trainer with experience in generating leads for the hard money lending industry in the U.S. The primary focus will be on imparting expert knowledge of lead generation techniques specific to the U.S. real estate and hard money lending market.

• Training & Development:
  

  • Provide hands-on training on lead generation strategies for hard money lending.
    
  • Develop a structured training plan that includes prospecting techniques, lead qualification, and nurturing practices.
    
  • Conduct live training sessions, offering practical advice and real-time feedback to improve lead generation skills.
    
    

• Lead Generation Strategy:
  

  • Share proven lead generation strategies tailored to the U.S. real estate market, targeting brokers, developers, and investors in need of hard money loans.
    
  • Equip trainees with knowledge on managing lead databases, including segmentation and tracking for optimal follow-up.
    
    

• Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
  

  • Monitor progress throughout the training period, providing regular feedback on lead generation activities.
    
  • Suggest strategies for improvement and ensure the trainees are confident in applying the skills independently.
    
    

• Collaborative Support:
  

  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the training aligns with company goals 
    
  • Provide post-training recommendations for ongoing improvement and success in lead generation efforts.
    
    

• Experience:
  

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation across various industries
    
  • Previous experience in training or mentoring teams, ideally in remote or virtual settings.
    

• Skills:
  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in a virtual training environment.
    
  • Ability to track and measure the performance of lead generation efforts and provide actionable feedback.
