- Conduct in-depth online research to uncover potential leads using platforms such as Google and LinkedIn
- Create and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets with crucial information on prospects, including company names, email addresses, and websites
- Adapt research strategies to meet varying industry requirements across iGaming, eSports, and AI technology sectors
- Manage and optimize the client’s calendar, coordinating meetings and ensuring efficient time management
- Provide administrative support, including email management and basic financial data entry
- Maintain meticulous records of lead generation efforts and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the client to refine lead generation strategies and improve administrative processes
Requirements
- Proven ability to conduct effective online research and navigate social media platforms for lead generation
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and advanced Excel functions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
