The Lead Generation Specialist
plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads for
our luxury silk products. This role emphasizes non-voice communication,
leveraging email, CRM tools, and online strategies to reach and engage prospects
in the luxury home and fashion markets. By ensuring a steady pipeline of
prospects, the Lead Generation Specialist directly contributes to our brand’s

Responsibilities
- Research
& Prospecting: Identify potential B2C and B2B leads through targeted
research within luxury home and fashion markets. - CRM
Management: Maintain, track, and update lead data in the CRM system to
ensure accurate reporting and seamless lead handoff to the sales team. - Engagement:
Conduct direct email outreach, introducing prospects to our luxury silk
offerings and brand story. - Lead
Qualification: Assess potential leads based on interest, budget, and
alignment with our product offerings. - Market
Research: Track industry trends in luxury textiles and sustainability,
identifying new areas of opportunity. - Surveys
& Feedback: Design and conduct surveys to gather valuable insights
about prospective customer needs and preferences. - Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to refine lead handover processes and
optimize conversion rates. - Reporting:
Monitor lead generation metrics and report on performance, offering
suggestions to improve the lead generation strategy.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years in B2C or B2B lead generation or a similar role
within e-commerce or the luxury market. - Tech Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and lead-generation tools. - Communication:
Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email marketing. - Organizational
Skills: Strong project management capabilities, with an ability to
multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. - Industry
Knowledge: Understanding of lead generation best practices and current
trends in digital marketing, especially within the luxury or sustainable
product sectors.
