Job Description for Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects
- Use various methods like cold calling to gather contact information
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of prospects
- Collaborate with appointment setters to pass on qualified leads
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets
- Utilize CRM systems to track activities and progress
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Requirements
- Strong research and lead prospecting abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with data entry and CRM tools
- Self-motivation and a driven mindset
- Basic understanding of the commercial cleaning market
Scope
- Focus on generating leads for commercial businesses
- Geographic scope primarily in Western Pennsylvania, with some flexibility for nearby states
