As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of the company’s growth initiatives, tasked with expanding our client base and fostering long-term relationships within the private healthcare sector. - Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s client base in the private healthcare sector
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in care homes and private hospitals
- Identify and address the unique staffing needs of potential clients, offering tailored solutions
- Work closely with the lead generation team to qualify and pursue high-potential leads
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies
- Contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy with insights from market interactions
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sectors
- In-depth understanding of the UK social care industry and its current challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand and articulate complex staffing needs and solutions
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
