Lead Generation Specialist

• Work full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday
  
• 8am to 5pm Eastern (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time) with an hour unpaid break
  

• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email and phone calls
  
• Research and identify new potential clients in the construction and manufacturing industries
  
• Gather and organize information about prospective clients
  
• Make initial contact with decision-makers in target companies
  
• Qualify leads based on company criteria before handing them off to the internal sales team
  
• Maintain and update the company’s database of prospects and leads
  
• Assist in developing and improving lead-generation strategies
  

Scope

• Focus on lead generation for construction-related products across Canada
  
• With performance-based incentives

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  
• Strong research and information-gathering skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  
• Basic understanding of the construction or manufacturing industry (preferred but not required)
  
• Comfortable with making numerous calls and sending emails daily
