Integrations Specialist – Zoho One Expert

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and optimize all Zoho One applications, including Books, Projects, CRM, Creator, Flow, Forms, PageSense, Survey, People, WorkDrive, Mail, Vault, Social, Sign, Desk, Cliq, Bookings, Tables, Landing Pages, SalesIQ, Learn, and Contracts. Continuously assess and implement improvements across the Zoho One ecosystem.
   

2. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Zoho Creator. Utilize Deluge scripting language for advanced customizations and automations.
   

3. Create and manage integrations between Zoho applications and external systems using Zoho Flow, make.com, or similar platforms. Develop and maintain API and webhook connections with non-Zoho applications. Design and implement automations to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency.
   

4. Design and build custom forms and surveys using Zoho Forms and Zoho Survey. Create and optimize workflows across various Zoho applications.
   

5. Manage data flow between different Zoho applications and external systems. Create custom reports and dashboards for business intelligence and decision-making.
   

6. Manage user permissions and access across all Zoho applications. Provide training and support to team members on Zoho applications and custom solutions.
   

7. Monitor system performance and connections. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly. Continuously optimize existing integrations and automations.
   

8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all systems, integrations, and processes. Establish and enforce best practices for using Zoho applications and custom solutions.
   

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Zoho One ecosystem, particularly Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Flow
  
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting language (or willingness to learn and implement Deluge scripts)
  
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms (e.g., make.com, Zapier)
  
• Experience with automation and workflow design
  
• Solid grasp of data management and analytics
  
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and explain technical concepts
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho One certifications
  
• Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms
  
• Knowledge of SQL and database management
  
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
