Client Timezone: 8AM to 5 PM Arizona Standard time (10AM to 7PM COL time)
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the friendly voice greeting clients and potential new clients of a disability law firm during normal business hours. You’ll field inquiries, take messages, and schedule appointments with care and professionalism.
– Greet clients warmly and make them feel heard when they call
– For current clients, route messages to the appropriate case manager
– Gather intake information from potential new clients and schedule consultations
– Update client records in the firm’s case management system
– Provide excellent communication and customer service on every call

Requirements
– Must have experience handling medical records – Exceptional phone manner and verbal communication skills
– Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
– Warm, empathetic, and truly cares about helping clients
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Experience working in a call center or customer service role
– Familiar with CRM platforms and ability to learn new software quickly
– Reliable and punctual
