Inbound Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Eastern (11 PM to 8 AM PHT) with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish
- Qualify leads and provide accurate quotes using various pricing tools
- Process leads through the specialized auto transport CRM system
- Conduct follow-ups on quotes and nurture customer relationships
- Navigate complex pricing scenarios based on vehicle type, location, and destination
- Explain shipping processes, regulations, and requirements to customers
- Utilize VoIP system (Nextiva) for call management and tracking
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP technology
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of international shipping processes (auto shipping experience a plus)
- Comfortable with remote work environment
Scope:
- Handle high volume of inquiries, especially after weekends
- Manage entire sales process from initial inquiry to successful booking
- Achieve proficiency in company’s specialized auto transport CRM within 3 months
- Contribute to the company’s growth in the Latin American market
