- Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM(3 AM to 12 PM PHT) 1 hour unpaid break

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s business, handling inquiries from potential customers and guiding them through the exciting process of choosing and installing new flooring. This role offers a perfect blend of relationship-building and sales expertise, allowing you to make a significant impact on business growth while helping customers transform their spaces. You’ll manage projects ranging from $500 to $10,000, working with a variety of clients from homeowners to commercial property managers. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills in the thriving home improvement industry, with the potential for performance-based incentives and future growth into outbound sales roles.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries from various marketing channels
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, establishing trust and rapport
- Educate clients on a wide range of flooring options and installation services
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing deals and securing deposits
- Manage projects ranging from $500 to $10,000 in value
- Utilize CRM systems to effectively manage leads and track sales progress
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect payments
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service quality improvements
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide expert advice to customers
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in home improvement or related industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong closing skills and experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Adaptability to learn new products, services, and industry trends quickly
- Comfortable working with diverse client bases, from homeowners to commercial property managers
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Willingness to undergo initial 1-2 week training to learn company-specific processes and products
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
