Become the linchpin of a dynamic HVAC and mechanical services company as their Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and optimize the company’s service schedule
- Serve as the primary liaison between management, field technicians, and clients
- Provide high-level administrative support to the management team
- Juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease
- Master the company’s proprietary platform for seamless call management and client interactions
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a knack for building relationships
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software systems
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry
- Comfortable working remotely and integrating fully with the company’s operations
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, typically between 8 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time
- Enthusiasm for growth and willingness to take on expanded responsibilities as the company scales
