POSITION OVERVIEW
Role Title: HubSpot Operational
Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 Hours
per week
Working Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Manila Time with one-hour unpaid lunch break
The HubSpot Operational
Specialist, together with the Operations Manager, will oversee and manage the
technical operations of the HubSpot CRM, ensuring the company maximizes
marketing and sales decisions to grow our global reach.
The ideal candidate
will have a deep understanding of HubSpot’s tools and capabilities and be able
to implement and manage campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Your
role will be pivotal in enhancing our marketing and sales strategies, ensuring
we deliver world-class personalized experiences to our global community.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND
DUTIES
1. Landing Page Design
and Development:
- Collaborate
with the marketing team and copywriters to design and develop
high-converting landing pages. - Ensure
all landing pages are optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences.
2. A/B Testing and
Conversion Optimization:
- Conduct
extensive A/B testing to maximize conversion rates, aiming to exceed
industry standards. - Analyze
test results and implement changes to improve overall performance.
3. Reporting and
Analytics:
- Create
and manage reporting dashboards to provide accurate, up-to-date sales and
marketing data. - Generate
insights from data to inform strategic decisions and marketing
initiatives.
4. Personalized
Customer Experiences:
- Implement
interactive and customized experiences for customers, enhancing personalization
and intimacy. - Implement
customer journey funnels to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.
5. Collaboration with
Digital Marketing:
- Work
closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure the peak performance
of external advertising campaigns. - Contribute
to the development and execution of digital marketing strategies.
6. Information Portals
and Stakeholder Communication:
- Implement
information portals for efficient communication with key external
stakeholders. (i.e Tutor Portal) - Ensure
portals are user-friendly and provide relevant, up-to-date information.
7. Integration with
Finance:
- Collaborate
with the finance department to integrate a new shopping cart facility,
ensuring it supports bundling and loyalty programs. - Ensure
seamless customer transactions with a focus on payment gateways and
multiple currencies.
8. Third-Party Plugins
and Integrations:
- Work
with third-party plugins and integrations to enhance sales performance. - Keep
up-to-date with new tools and technologies that can improve our CRM
capabilities.
9. AI Technology and
Innovation:
- Stay
abreast of AI technology trends and collaborate with the management team
to implement new initiatives. - Ensure
that AI-driven solutions enhance customer experiences and operational
efficiency.
10. HubSpot Expertise:
- Leverage
extensive knowledge and experience with HubSpot to manage and optimize the
CRM. - Handle
tasks of varying complexity with a solutions-oriented mindset.
11. Research and
Development:
- Conduct
research to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. - Proactively
seek personal development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
12. Collaborative and

- Work

Requirements
Essential/Highly
Desirable:
- Certifications:
HubSpot Marketing Software certification and/or HubSpot Sales Software
certification. - Experience:
2-3 years managing HubSpot CRM and experience in digital marketing or
sales operations. - Technical
Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics), A/B
testing, conversion rate optimization, and SEO/content management. - Proven
track record with HubSpot CRM, strong analytical and communication skills,
effective cross-functional collaboration, self-motivation, organizational
abilities, and project management.
Desirable:
- Additional
Certifications: Google Analytics, SQL/Tableau, PMP. - CRM
Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, or other platforms. - Technical
Skills: Basic HTML/CSS, and experience with other marketing automation
tools. - Industry
Knowledge: Background in e-commerce, creative arts, or online education.
