Job Highlights:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Marietta, GA with 1 hour unpaid break
- 40 hours per week/8 hours a day
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain marketing collateral, including postcards, trade show materials, and other promotional assets, while adhering to project deadlines.
- Customize and work within pre-existing templates provided by the Management Team, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Proofread and edit marketing materials, proposals, and printed assets to maintain grammatical integrity and alignment with branding guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with marketing consultants, providing regular updates on campaign progress and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the marketing materials library, ensuring files are up-to-date and logically stored for easy access.
- Assist with the production and execution of trade show materials.
- Support the graphics supervisor with production design tasks and other related duties as required.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in graphic design or a related field (required).
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign (primary tool).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Experience in direct mail advertising and familiarity with proofreading and editing processes is preferred.
- Commitment to completing tasks within expected deadlines.
Job Scope:
- Process design tasks efficiently, including creating, proofreading, and editing materials based on templates and client specifications.
- Full-time 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- After 6 weeks of training schedule would be during PHST
- Participate in the design approval process, incorporating feedback to improve quality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes.
