Using a proprietary configurator tool based on Unreal Engine, the company produces stunning, customizable 3D representations of event spaces, helping venues showcase their potential to prospective clients.
As a Graphic Designer / 3D Staging Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how people visualize and plan events. You’ll work with state-of-the-art 3D configurator software to create captivating virtual event spaces, focusing on weddings and other celebrations. Your role involves quickly learning our intuitive tool to stage spaces, customize layouts, and compile professional lookbooks that showcase venue possibilities. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and technical skill, allowing you to shape the future of event planning while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Master our proprietary 3D configurator tool to create stunning virtual event spaces
- Design and customize venue layouts, with a focus on guest table elements (linens, chairs, centerpieces)
- Capture high-quality screenshots of staged spaces for lookbook compilation
- Produce professional, visually appealing lookbooks within tight deadlines (24 hours or less)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using our queue system
- Adhere to specific style guides and layout instructions to maintain consistency
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and meet client expectations
Requirements
- Proficiency in graphic design software or 3D rendering tools
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to new software and technologies
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetic sense
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with capacity to work independently and follow instructions precisely
- Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work part-time (4 hours per day, 5 days a week) from 1 PM to 5 PM Eastern Time
- Reliable internet connection and comfortable with remote work environment
- Passion for event design and willingness to grow with a scaling business
