Work Hours: AEST Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM (6:45 AM to 3:45 PM PHT) with a 1-hour unpaid break.

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer with strong skills in React and Azure DevOps to help build custom SharePoint solutions and responsive web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom SharePoint solutions using React (version 18), JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
Build responsive, mobile-first web parts, extensions, and libraries with a focus on high-quality UI/UX.
Work closely with senior developers and stakeholders to design and implement scalable and reusable components.
Utilize Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automation to ensure seamless development and delivery.
Use Node.js, NPM, and Gulp for task automation, with familiarity in Yeoman generators.
Conduct local testing using SharePoint Workbench and troubleshoot issues with a strong understanding of React and Redux.
Integrate Microsoft Graph API and ensure compliance with SharePoint Patterns and Practices (PnP) to meet modern development standards.
Collaborate in code reviews, provide design input, and contribute to technical problem-solving.
Continuously learn and implement new technologies to enhance software quality and performance.
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a software developer.
Proficiency in React (version 18), JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
Strong experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development for SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Experience working with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Node.js, NPM, Gulp, and Yeoman generators for task automation.
Understanding of React, Redux, and SharePoint Patterns and Practices (PnP).
Experience integrating with external services using Microsoft Graph API.
Experience in developing mobile-first and responsive web applications with a focus on UI/UX design.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Bonus Experience:
Knowledge of Power Platform Development and Adaptive Cards.
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with OAuth for integrating external applications.
Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
Experience refactoring complex codebases using design patterns.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework for building secure and reliable solutions.
Experience setting up automated CI/CD pipelines and working with automated testing tools.
