E-commerce Sales Assistant

Job Highlights:
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 6 PM Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings and storefront on multiple sales platforms
- Manage product inventory database and reporting
- Set up and manage data and email sequences for customer nurturing in HubSpot CRM
- Track and analyze wholesale customer activity to identify opportunities for follow-up
- Create and improve processes and systems for better efficiency
- Support scheduling of marketing content
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Shopify and HubSpot CRM is a must.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and instructions
- Experience with e-commerce merchandising (the strategic presentation and promotion of products on an online store to increase sales and improve the customer experience)
- Excellent written communication skills for email-based customer interactions
- Ability to understand and extract data to generate reports
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Later
Scope:
- Manage various aspects of the Shopify store, including product uploads, product information management, and integrations to other sales and marketing channels
- Oversee the entire wholesale CRM process, from lead onboarding to ongoing relationship management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize e-commerce operations and increase wholesale customer retention
- Collaborate with the business owner to improve and streamline existing processes
- Assist in deploying our marketing plan via sales channels, email marketing, and social media
