At our established family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in Victoria, we’re seeking a talented Digital Marketing and Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a leader in landscaping and building supplies serving commercial, wholesale, trade, and retail customers, we’re committed to maintaining excellence across all our locations.
The ideal candidate will support our legacy of fostering long-term relationships while driving our digital presence forward. This role combines customer service excellence with innovative marketing strategies to enhance our established community presence.
Work schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Melbourne VIC (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)
- includes 1-hour unpaid break
*Flexible during Wednesday and Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support Management
- Manage support inbox and customer inquiries
- Process new account applications and maintain database
- Ensure timely follow-up on all customer communications
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Suite
- Manage social media presence across multiple platforms
- Write and publish blog posts, EDMs, and newsletters
- Website content management and SEO optimization
Event Management & Administrative Support
- Coordinate event logistics and promotions
- Budget tracking and supplier management
- Meeting documentation and follow-up
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Odoo, Meta Business Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Google Business Profile management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
