Digital Marketer

Mon-Fri 8am-12pm CST (4 hours per day / 20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email
- Identify local events and campaigns with good media/marketing exposure for each location, and enroll company staff into them if possible.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
- Create engaging content for website, blogs and social media
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs and similar tools
- Excellent writing, communication and creative skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
