Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Debt Settlement Sales Agent to join our team. This role involves initiating contact with prospective clients, guiding them through the debt settlement process, negotiating with creditors, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful enrollment in our debt relief programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a strong understanding of the debt settlement process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce debt settlement programs and gather preliminary financial information.
- Send written notices, introductory materials, and enrollment details to potential clients, ensuring clear communication about the program.

- Assess the financial status of potential clients to determine eligibility for debt settlement programs.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted accurately.

- Engage with creditors on behalf of clients to negotiate favorable debt settlement terms.
- Finalize and document agreed-upon settlement terms, ensuring compliance with all legal and program requirements.

- Address objections and concerns to facilitate smooth enrollment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in debt settlement or financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess financial information and offer suitable debt relief solutions.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up abilities.
- Knowledge of debt settlement programs and creditor negotiations is preferred.
