Job Highlighs:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Agent 1: Sunday to Thursday, 8am to 12 UK
- Agent 2: Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm to 6pm UK
Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries for both UK and Sri Lanka retreat centers
- Manage bookings and reservations for multiple locations
- Assist with basic financial tasks and bookkeeping data entry
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the retreat centers’ operations
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email throughout the day
- Process bookings and manage reservation details
- Communicate with on-site teams about guest requirements and last-minute changes
- Handle basic financial tasks such as verifying payments and setting up transactions for approval
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer and financial information
- Collaborate with team members through group chats for seamless communication
- Perform additional administrative tasks during quieter periods
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with impeccable grammar and spelling
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
- Proficiency in using email and chat platforms for professional communication
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and bookkeeping concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility to work in shifts to cover various time zones
