Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm Asheville, NC with an hour unpaid break
- Handle customer interactions via phone and email
- Manage appointment scheduling and data entry in Service Titan
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
- Coordinate with technicians for emergency dispatches
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Adapt to new software systems and company procedures as needed
Responsibilities:
- Book calls into the company’s system using Service Titan software
- Perform heavy data entry tasks across multiple systems
- Participate in an on-call rotation, including one night per week (8 PM to 8 AM) and every other weekend
- Monitor emails during on-call shifts for service partner emergencies
- Dispatch technicians for after-hours emergency calls from service partner members
- Utilize G Suite for various administrative tasks
- Manage customer information and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone-based support
- Strong data entry skills and ability to work with multiple software systems simultaneously
- Familiarity with Service Titan software (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in G Suite applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for home-based work
