We are currently looking for Customer Service candidates that will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
To be successful as a CSR you should be genuinely excited to help customers, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You also must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and can multitask. Administrative experience is also a plus.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
