Creative Director of Social Media
Scope
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central with (10pm to 7am Manila Time) with 1-hour unpaid break
We are seeking a talented and creative Creative Director of Social Media to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative social media campaigns that engage our target audience, drive brand awareness, and foster customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy:
◦ Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand’s voice, tone, and overall marketing goals.
◦ Create compelling and engaging content, including written copy, visuals, and videos, that resonates with our target audience.
◦ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop content ideas that align with our brand’s core values and pillars.
• Social Media Management:
◦ Manage and optimize our social media channels, including [List of Social Media Channels, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok].
◦ Create and maintain a consistent social media calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery.
◦ Monitor social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
◦ Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering positive brand interactions.
• Community Management:
◦ Build and nurture a strong online community by engaging with our followers and encouraging two-way communication.
◦ Identify and cultivate brand advocates and influencers to amplify our brand’s message.
◦ Monitor social media conversations to identify potential crises and respond effectively.
• Content Creation and Curation:
◦ Identify and curate trending topics and relevant content to stay ahead of the curve.
◦ Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content.
◦ Oversee the creation and editing of video content for social media platforms.
Requirements
• Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
