Key Responsibilities:
- In-Depth
Client & Competition Research: Dive deep into understanding our
clients’ businesses, their competitors, and the market landscape to create
content that is not only relevant but also positions our clients ahead of
the competition. - Create
Compelling, Enticing, Buyer-Intended Content: Produce content that is
designed to captivate and convert. We do not tolerate generic
content—every word should serve a purpose, enticing the reader to take
action and driving measurable results. - Incorporate
Transactional and Commercial Keywords Cohesively: Seamlessly integrate
transactional and commercial keywords into content, ensuring it reads
naturally while boosting SEO and driving traffic that converts. - Collaborate
Effectively with the Team: Work well within a collaborative environment,
providing and receiving constructive feedback during peer content reviews.
Offer insightful notes and criticism that help elevate the work of the
entire team. - Stay
Up-to-Date with Google Content Policies: Keep up to date with the latest
changes in Google’s content policies to ensure that all content is
compliant, up-to-date, and optimized for the best possible search engine
performance. - Innovate and
Enhance Content Strategy: Continuously contribute fresh ideas and
strategies to improve our content approach. Work closely with the company
and fellow writers to refine and elevate our overall content strategy. - Keyword
Research & SEO Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of
keyword research, SEO strategies, and how to apply them effectively within
content to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions. - Experience
with AI Tools: Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, research,
and optimization processes, ensuring that all content is produced
efficiently without compromising on quality or originality. - Ability to
write content for Videos, Social Media, Ads: Be flexible in writing
content outside of blogs and website pages. While these will be the
majority of content writing personnel must be able to create any content
tasks assigned. - H-Tag
Structuring: Implement proper H-tag structuring to enhance content
readability and SEO, ensuring that headers are used effectively to guide
readers and search engines through the content. - Meta
Description Optimization: Craft compelling meta descriptions that not only
summarize the content but also entice users to click, improving overall
search engine click-through rates (CTR). - Anchor Text
Optimization for Internal and External Links: Strategically optimize
anchor text for both internal and external links, ensuring that it
enhances SEO while providing a seamless user experience.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven
experience as a content writer with a portfolio showcasing buyer-intended,
lead-driven content. - Strong
understanding of SEO best practices and keyword integration. - Ability to
perform thorough research and translate findings into compelling content. - Excellent
communication and teamwork skills. - Experience
