Role Name: Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills (preferred)
- Part-time, Monday to Friday 11am to 5pm NZT (6 AM to 12 PM PHT) with a 30 minute unpaid break

As we implement state-of-the-art marketing technology, we’re seeking a creative professional to help revolutionize our digital presence and property marketing strategies.
As our Content Creator with Graphic Design Skills (preferred), you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping our brand identity and elevating our marketing efforts. You’ll craft compelling property listings, design eye-catching email campaigns, and apply our fresh branding across various platforms. This position offers a unique blend of creative writing and visual design, allowing you to showcase your talents in both areas. You’ll work with cutting-edge marketing tools, including Canva and potentially HubSpot, to create impactful content that resonates with our diverse clientele in both residential and commercial real estate sectors.
- Develop engaging content for property listings, showcasing both residential and commercial properties
- Design and update Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) using Canva and our CRM tools
- Apply new branding elements to existing marketing materials and documentation
- Craft compelling copy for property announcements, special promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with our in-house team and external agencies to maintain brand consistency
- Assist in the transition of marketing materials to our new CRM system
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance our overall marketing strategy
- Proven content creation skills with a keen eye for design
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is required
- Experience in creating marketing emails and EDMs
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week, with potential for long-term engagement
- Adaptability to learn new tools and processes, particularly CRM systems
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is beneficial but not required
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Portfolio demonstrating both writing and design capabilities
