As a Community Cooperative Support Specialist, you’ll empower individuals with disabilities to make informed decisions about their shared living arrangements. This position combines administrative expertise with community impact, supporting organizational growth while maintaining a personalized approach.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Support & Coordination
- Manage the full meeting lifecycle for current and upcoming community cooperatives
- Conduct pre-meeting preparation, including survey distribution, agenda creation, and logistics
- Attend quarterly virtual meetings, providing technical support and minute-taking
- Handle post-meeting tasks, including minutes distribution and action tracking
Administrative Operations
- Manage multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp and email
- Address ad-hoc inquiries between meetings
- Maintain accurate participant information and document management
- Support new metrics and NPS implementation by Q2 2025
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile and analyze engagement metrics
- Create monthly reports and briefing papers
- Support presentation development for stakeholders
- Track and report on participant satisfaction and engagement
Process Development
- Research and adapt services for new living environments
- Assist in developing new processes for diverse population groups by April 2025
- Support the onboarding of new properties and documentation of best practices
Success Metrics
- 98% attendance rate at scheduled meetings
- 95% accuracy in meeting minutes and action item tracking
- 90% participant satisfaction with communication
- Timely implementation of new processes and metrics
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams) and survey tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in meeting facilitation or support
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Understanding of group dynamics and decision-making processes
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
