Job Description
Become a key player in transforming healthcare accessibility as a Cold Calling Agent. In this role, you’ll connect medical professionals with innovative telemedicine and in-office medical solutions, directly impacting patient care. You’ll use your communication skills to introduce healthcare providers to services that can streamline their operations and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic cold calls to medical offices, promoting cutting-edge telemedicine and in-office medical services
- Nurture leads through follow-up calls, building and maintaining engagement with potential clients
- Schedule appointments for further discussions or demonstrations of services
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software, updating call outcomes and lead information
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads generated
- Collaborate with the US-based team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a focus on clear and persuasive verbal abilities
- Prior experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in healthcare or related fields
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining detailed, accurate records
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
- Resilience and professional demeanor when handling objections or rejection
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a US-based team
- Comfortable with a flexible schedule within the 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM timeframe (EST)
