You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, using your communication prowess to introduce our services, build relationships, and establish our company as the preferred mortgage partner for realtors in our community.
- Conduct outbound calls to local realtors, introducing our mortgage company and its competitive offerings
- Articulate our current mortgage rates and unique advantages clearly and persuasively
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with realtors to encourage client referrals
- Utilize and refine provided call scripts to optimize conversation outcomes
- Compose and send follow-up emails to reinforce call discussions and provide additional information
- Maintain accurate records of realtor interactions and track call outcomes
- Adapt your communication style to effectively engage with various realtor personalities
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends and mortgage industry changes
- Collaborate with our internal team to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Manage a weekly list of 60-90 realtor contacts, making 50-60 calls per day during your shift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a talent for building rapport quickly
- Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or B2B relationship building
- Basic understanding of the real estate or mortgage industry (preferred but not required)
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills, capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in using digital tools for call management, email communication, and reporting
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain enthusiasm
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to tailor pitches to individual realtor needs
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where results may not be immediate
- Available to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours based on performance
- Passion for helping people and a genuine interest in the real estate and mortgage industries
