Job Description
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the driving force behind our client’s expansion in the US market. You’ll connect with gyms, sporting goods retailers, and event organizers, introducing them to our cutting-edge product line and private label offerings. Your role will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing sales. You’ll use your expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and CRM management to build relationships and drive growth. This position offers the perfect blend of sports industry exposure and sales challenge, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving market.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic cold calling and email campaigns to generate new leads
- Qualify leads efficiently to identify high-potential business opportunities
- Drive sales for our diverse range of combat sports equipment and gear
- Promote our innovative private label offerings to gyms and fitness centers
- Manage customer information and track interactions using CRM software
- Support lead generation efforts for our expanding trophy and award sales division
- Adapt sales strategies to meet the unique needs of different market segments
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in cold calling and email outreach
- Sharp lead qualification skills and ability to identify promising opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM software and data management tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation abilities and adaptability in various sales scenarios
- Passion for or knowledge of combat sports (boxing, MMA, wrestling) is a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable with a flexible, part-time schedule (4-7 hours daily, typically mornings)
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on meeting lead generation and sales targets
