Job Description
As a Real Estate Cold Caller specializing in property acquisition, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing development opportunities in some of Washington’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Your work will directly contribute to transforming single-family properties into multi-home developments, capitalizing on recent zoning changes that allow for increased density. This position offers a unique blend of real estate insight, sales expertise, and community development impact. You’ll have the chance to hone your communication skills, gain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and earn competitive commissions in a rapidly growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls to property owners in Bellevue, Seattle, and Kirkland areas
- Identify potential sellers and assess their interest in property development opportunities
- Articulate the impact of recent zoning changes on property values and development potential
- Schedule qualified appointments for the in-house acquisition team
- Maintain detailed records of calls, contacts, and leads in the company’s CRM system
- Achieve or exceed daily call quotas and appointment-setting targets
- Collaborate with the acquisition team to refine targeting and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or real estate sales
- Ability to quickly grasp and convey complex information about local real estate markets and zoning laws
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a talent for building rapport quickly
- Resilience and positive attitude in handling objections and rejections
- Proficiency with CRM systems and phone dialer software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Passion for real estate and urban development is a plus
