Cold Caller
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time
Scope:

Manage all aspects of the cold calling process, from initial outreach to appointment setting

Utilize Mojo Dialer for all calling, data management, and appointment scheduling tasks
-
Contribute to the growth of a real estate wholesaling business by generating quality leads
-
Adapt to evolving business needs as the company expands into new markets
-

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily follow-up calls with existing leads using Mojo Dialer
-
Make cold calls to potential property sellers from provided lists
-
Qualify leads by asking key screening questions about property condition
-
Schedule appointments for promising leads using the Mojo Dialer calendar feature
-
Accurately document all call outcomes and important notes in Mojo Dialer

Manage lists of 300-500 contacts, typically completing each list within 2-3 days
-
Maintain a high level of call quality and consistency throughout the workday
Requirements:

Minimum of two years of cold calling experience
-
Excellent English language skills with a neutral accent

Strong communication abilities with confidence on the phone

Detail-oriented with good data entry skills

Comfortable with learning and efficiently using new software

Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment
