- Conduct strategic cold calls to potential clients in the oil and gas industry across Texas and New Mexico
- Set up high-value appointments and phone calls with prospective customers, driving business growth
- Master and effectively utilize provided dialer systems and scripts to maximize outreach efficiency
- Maintain a consistent work schedule, contributing to team goals during peak business hours
- Quickly adapt to and implement insights from ongoing training materials
- Serve as a professional ambassador for the company during all client interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Requirements
- Real estate cold-calling background is highly preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly
- Proven track record in appointment setting and managing phone-based client interactions
- Tech-savvy with the ability to efficiently use dialer systems and CRM tools
- Prior experience in cold calling or telesales preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates
- Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry beneficial; willingness to learn essential
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Located in South America, preferably Colombia, to align with target market time zones
- Comfortable with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
