Chiropractic Lead Management (Spanish Speaking)
Responsibilities:

Promptly respond to inbound leads generated from Facebook advertising campaigns

Make outbound calls to leads who have submitted their information online

Follow a provided script to pre-qualify leads, asking specific questions about pain levels and symptoms

Direct qualified leads to the nearest clinic within our network of walk-in facilities
-
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with potential patients

Efficiently manage varying call volumes, from 1-5 calls per day initially, with potential to increase

Accurately record and update lead information in the provided system

Adapt to changing business needs and potential increases in call volume
Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Experience in customer service or call center environments

Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow

Basic computer skills and familiarity with lead management systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to record information accurately

Empathetic approach when dealing with individuals experiencing pain or discomfort

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and potential increases in workload
Scope:
-
Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead qualification and appointment setting

Operate within the hours of 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday

Manage leads for a network of approximately 12 chiropractic clinics

Focus on leads related to back pain, neck pain, and headaches
-
Utilize provided scripts and systems to ensure consistent lead management

Participate in ongoing training and process improvements as the business model evolves
