Business Development
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to a provided list of potential clients

Introduce our brand and explain our unique value proposition

Gauge interest in purchasing or selling cars

Promote our social club membership and car storage services

Qualify leads and set appointments for further discussions

Update customer information in our CRM system

Achieve weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner

Experience in cold calling or outbound sales, preferably in a B2C environment

Basic understanding of the automotive industry and car enthusiast culture

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot

Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer needs

Resilience and positive attitude when handling rejections
Scope:

Target 50-100 outbound calls per day

Aim for a 10% conversion rate for appointments or further inquiries

Maintain detailed records of all calls and outcomes in the CRM system

Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies and share insights

Collaborate with the sales team to refine pitch and improve conversion rates
