Job Summary
Serve Freight is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth through scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and building relationships. This role involves interacting with potential clients, scheduling meetings, and nurturing relationships to expand Serve Freight’s business. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a talent for networking and managing client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage communications with potential clients via phone and email. Close deals if needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, providing information on Serve Freight’s services.
- Support the business development team with lead follow-ups and client outreach.
- Prepare and send communications that align with Serve Freight’s branding and objectives.
- Track and report on client engagement, following up on opportunities to maximize growth potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
- Interest in logistics and building new business/sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
