- Drive day-to-day bookkeeping operations using Xero accounting software
- Manage complex financial records for multiple client contracts and service agreements
- Craft accurate and insightful monthly financial reports
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes with precision
- Play a key role in cash flow management and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting and in-depth financial analysis
- Work closely with other departments to streamline and optimize financial processes
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a service-based or tech industry
- Advanced proficiency in Xero accounting software
- A willingness to learn UK accounting principles and tax regulations
- Track record of managing finances for businesses with multiple client contracts
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
