As a Bookkeeper for this dynamic plumbing enterprise, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the company’s financial future. You’ll manage daily transactions, generate insightful reports, and provide valuable financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position offers the unique opportunity to work with various revenue streams, including home warranty services, retail work, and new construction projects. • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bank reconciliations
  
• Categorize and organize financial data from multiple revenue streams
  
• Generate weekly financial reports and create visual representations of data
  
• Perform job costing analysis to determine profitability of individual projects
  
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping
  
• Collaborate with dispatch and field teams to maintain precise job information
  
• Prepare financial information for tax purposes

Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in service or construction industries
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  
• Experience with job costing and project-based accounting (preferred)
  
• Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
