Job Highlights:
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm UK Time (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Manila Time), 40 hours per week
• Client Timezone: UK
Responsibilities:
• Analyze detailed bills from major IT suppliers like Giacom, Ingram, and Kaseya
• Ensure precise billing of intangible items through Autotask
• Reconcile supplier invoices with internal billing systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Generate insightful reports on billing trends and analysis
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to streamline billing processes
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of billing workflows and systems
Requirements
• Proven proficiency in billing systems and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with IT service management tools, especially Autotask
• Microsoft dynamics as a key system for the candidate to use
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration
• Passion for financial accuracy and process optimization in the IT sector
