Scope:

Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM New York time (4 AM to 8 AM Manila time) (20 hours per week)

Manage appointment scheduling and client communication

Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients

Convert leads into booked appointments

Ensure clear communication between provider and clients during treatments

Adapt to changing business needs and expanding responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-
Set and manage appointments using GoHighLevel CRM and Acuity scheduling software
-
Provide real-time translation services during client treatments
-
Handle warm leads from social media advertising campaigns
-
Make outbound calls to potential clients
-
Send appointment reminders and make confirmation calls
-
Assist with customer service inquiries in Spanish and English

Utilize WhatsApp and Open Phone for client and internal communication
Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and scheduling software
-
Customer service or sales experience, preferably in medical or aesthetic fields
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with outbound calls and customer inquiries

Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
